Racing League Bot | Last updated September 2026
1. What we collect
When you sign in using Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers you have permissions in. When you manage a league, we store the data you enter: championship seasons, race calendars, driver lineups, race results, and attendance logs.
2. How we use your data
We use this information exclusively to provide league management services. This includes calculating championship points and driver ratings, rendering race summary cards, posting updates to your Discord channels, and confirming your permissions to manage your server workspace.
3. What we never do
We never sell or trade your data to anyone. We do not serve advertisements, run tracking pixels, or read private chat messages on your server. The bot only reads slash commands, ticket interactions, and race attendance responses that you configure.
4. Data storage and access control
Your data is stored in our database with guild level isolation. Only members with authorized Discord roles (such as server owners, admins, and stewards) can access or edit your league settings and results.
5. Data deletion
You have full control over your data. If you decide to leave Racing League Bot and want your server data permanently deleted, remove the bot from your server and contact us in our Discord server to request a full wipe of your stored records.
6. Third party services
We rely on Discord for authentication and message delivery, and Vercel for web hosting. These providers process technical data according to their own standard privacy practices.
7. Contact
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how your league data is stored, reach out to us through our official Discord server.
