Racing League Bot | Last updated September 2026

1. Overview

Racing League Bot provides Discord automation and a web dashboard for organizing sim racing championships. By adding our bot to your Discord server or logging into racingleaguebot.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and Discord permissions

Authentication happens through Discord OAuth. You need appropriate server permissions to add the bot or manage a league workspace. You are responsible for keeping your Discord credentials secure and for any actions taken by people you grant admin or steward roles to.

3. Fair use

Use Racing League Bot for running legitimate racing leagues. Do not attempt to abuse our API, probe for vulnerabilities, spam Discord channels through the bot, or disrupt service for other leagues. We reserve the right to remove the bot from any server that violates these principles.

4. Your league data

You retain ownership of all race results, driver rosters, and championship assets you enter. You give us permission to store and process this information solely to calculate standings, render league graphics, and post requested updates to your Discord server.

5. Availability and updates

We aim for high availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, supported game versions, and Discord integrations may be updated or adjusted as new racing titles release and platforms evolve.

6. Liability

Racing League Bot is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost race results, server downtime, or disputes arising between drivers and league administrators.

7. Ending service

You can stop using the service at any point simply by removing the bot from your server. If you need assistance or have questions regarding these terms, reach out through our official Discord community.
